Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the voicelytt.com website and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Rossy, doing business as voicelytt.com, based in Ontario, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use Rossy.

1. Overview of Services

Voicelytt provides an AI-powered voice assistant that answers business phone calls, books appointments, handles FAQs, and routes inquiries. The Services are offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, with various usage-based pricing plans.

In addition, Voicelyttmay place outbound calls, send reminders, collect caller information, and integrate with CRM and scheduling tools to support businesses such as digital agencies, eCommerce merchants, and service providers.

2. Account Registration

To use Voicelytt, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Free Trials & Subscriptions

  • Free Trial: You may start with a free trial to explore the platform. No credit card is required unless specified.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, based on your chosen plan.
  • Payment Processor: We use Stripe to securely process all transactions.
  • Call Minute Limits: Each plan includes a fixed number of minutes. Overage charges may apply.
  • Minute Usage Calculation: Voicelyttreserves the right to modify how call minutes are calculated, rounded, or deducted at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, billing in per-second increments, 15-second slabs, 20-second slabs, or other usage-based calculation methods. Such changes may be implemented without prior notice and will apply to ongoing and future usage of the Services.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Plans will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. License to Use

Subject to timely payment of fees, Voicelyttgrants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services during your subscription term for your internal business purposes only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and refrain from:

  • Reselling or sublicensing Voicelyttwithout permission
  • Using Voicelyttfor spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
  • Making unsolicited marketing calls, robocalls, or other communications in violation of applicable Do-Not-Call laws, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), or equivalent regulations
  • Interfering with the performance or integrity of our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy.

6. Data Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your customer data, including uploaded content, call recordings, transcripts, contact details, policy info, FAQs, and configurations.

Voicelyttprocesses such data solely to provide and improve the Services. We do not sell or share customer call data with third parties for advertising purposes.

By using the Services, you grant Voicelytta limited license to host, process, and transmit your data as necessary to deliver the Services.

While Voicelyttstrives to generate accurate and helpful voice responses, you acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or require manual review. You are responsible for verifying critical business information shared with callers.

7. Call Recording & Consent

Certain features of the Services include call recording and transcription. You are solely responsible for notifying and obtaining legally required consent from end users or third parties before recording or transcribing communications.

Voicelyttdisclaims liability for your failure to provide such notice or consent.

8. Integrations & Third-Party Services

Voicelytt integrates with services like Twilio (for phone/SMS) and Stripe (for payments). By using Voicelytt, you also agree to comply with the terms of these third-party services.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party platforms.

9. Data Privacy

Our collection, storage, and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Rossy, you consent to such practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Voicelyttwill not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Payment fails or your subscription lapses
  • Continued use poses a security or operational risk

You may also terminate your account at any time from the dashboard.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. If material changes are made, we may notify you via email or in-app message.

Continued use of Voicelyttafter updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
